The FNQLHSSC is currently offering one training.

The project evaluation process

Duration of the training (including a visual presentation): 2 hours

The training on the project evaluation process allows the managers and interveners to achieve the following objectives:

  • Defining the main types of project evaluation;
  • Defining more effectively the frameworks of an evaluation and the reasons leading to its realisation;
  • Developing the right questions in order to prepare;
  • Learning about the fundamental qualities of a project evaluation and identifying the challenges to overcome;
  • Presenting the steps to be followed and the various possible collection tools;
  • Respecting the required ethical standards;
  • Presenting the conditions for success.

A framework for thinking is also presented so that the participants have a working guide at the end of the training.
