  • New Accreditation of the Saint Elizabeth First Nations, Inuit and Métis Program
Dec 14, 2017

The Saint Elizabeth First Nations, Inuit and Métis (FNIM) Program is now an accredited member institution of the Society of training and continuing education (SOFEDUC).

The FNIM Program can now grant continuing education units for the courses on @YourSide Colleague®. Many courses are offered in both French and English.

Continuing education units are a standardized recognition of quality standards in training and continuing education.

Saint Elizabeth is a social enterprise dedicated to the health of individuals and communities. It is involved in many aspects of health care – from the development of systems to the provision of services. Thanks to partnerships and collaborations, the program aims to support and highlight the ability of First Nations, Inuit and Métis to understand and solve complex health care issues, improve access to health care and overcome barriers to health care. Activities include partnerships, action-research, online training, sharing of knowledge as well as engagement.
