65th National Mental Health Week

Par Chantal Cleary | avr. 07, 2016
On May 2 to 8, 2016, Mouvement Santé mentale Québec (MSMQ) is set to launch its annual campaign for the promotion of mental health as part of the 65th National Mental Health Week. The public is invited to join the movement and to adopt the “7 tricks for a healthy mind” by applying, experimenting and sharing them.

Mental health is fostered, strengthened and developed socially, collectively and individually using policies, working conditions, schools, families, neighbourhoods, community involvement, public institutions, physical activity, and the “7 tricks.” Mental health is a work in progress.

We invite everyone to join the movement for mental health and to let us know how you implement the “7 tricks.” <etrebiendanssatete.ca>

Mouvement Santé mentale Québec is the new name of the Canadian Mental Health Association – Quebec Division, a network of various member groups across the province.

The tools for the campaign can be found on the MSMQ website. <etrebiendanssatete.ca>
